Ordering Information Please read thoroughly before ordering!

Note: There are three price changes on the Order Form - Sewing Church Linens - $16, Golden Ruler - $18, and Ecclesiastical Crochet Lace Patterns - $8.  I'll make these changes as soon as I figure out how to do it!

1. Click here to open the order form. If you have difficulty opening and printing the order form, just write your order down and send it to me - Church Linens, 57 West Mountain Rd., Queensbury, NY, 12804, USA.  You don't need to send me an order form - I can probably read your handwriting! Send me a note.
      
2. While you can make payment through PayPal, I don't have the 'shopping cart' facility installed.   If you have any questions about what you want to order, you can email me at obunny@roadrunner.com or call me at 528-798-9637.  If you do this, I can make out an order form for you.  PayPal notifies me within ten minutes of your payment.
    
3. Postage: I charge you only for the actual postage required - I don't charge ' handling' fees. I use either the 9" X 12" USPS flat-rate Priority envelope for $4.95 or the flat-rate box for $10.35.  I can fit a stole kit and one or two pamphlets in the envelope.  Larger orders need the box.  If you have questions about the amount of postage, email me and I'll give you an estimate - obunny@roadrunner.com

      5. For my much appreciated international customers: While the fabrics and

         equipment you order must be shipped though the mail, some written materials may be transmitted directly to you via email as attachments for you to print out. This will save you postage costs.  We do maintain Australian banking facilities and also offer direct credit into that account in AUD (we will convert for you) as well as into our USD denominated bank account. The same thing applies to my UK customers (bless you!), except that payment in Sterling (GBP) can be easily arranged - which spares you the inconvenience of changing currency.

      6. For other currencies, I do require payment in US dollars.  This can now be handled through PayPal for a 2.5% fee added to the exchange rate.  The combined exchange rate and fee are displayed during your PayPal transaction.
